General information about costs
At FundingPartner, it's simple and free to be an investor. We charge no fees for creating an account, investing in ordinary loans, or receiving interest and repayments.
- Listed bonds: Please note that listed bonds through FundingPartner Securities have their own prices (brokerage fees) which are clearly stated on each individual bond when subscribing/purchasing.
- Historical loans: For loans published up to and including 31/12/25, we previously had a model with a platform fee where 1% per annum is deducted from the loaned amount. You can read more about this here.
Administrative services
The price list below applies only to manual additional services that fall outside our automated operations. These are services we offer to assist you with special needs, priced to cover the administrative work involved.
| Service | Price | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Transfer of full portfolio | 150 EUR | This applies to the transfer of your entire portfolio to another profile with us (e.g., in the event of a merger between your own companies). It assumes that there is no settlement (payment) for the loans, and that the entire portfolio is transferred collectively. If you wish to transfer parts of a portfolio, or transfer against payment, this is defined as a sale - see below. |
| Manual vouchers | 25 EUR | Dispatch of annual statements, attachments, or confirmations that you have access to retrieve for free in the portal |
| Other assignments | By agreement | Do you require assistance that is not covered by the list? FundingPartner reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for special assignments. The price is always agreed upon in advance. |
Sale of loans and secondary market
We differentiate between sales through our automated secondary market, and manual sales where you have found a counterparty yourself.
Sale of individual loans (You have found the buyer yourself)
If you wish to sell individual loans or a portfolio to a buyer you have arranged with, we must assist with the manual settlement and the transfer of ownership.
- Price: From 50 EUR per loan (maximum price 300 EUR).
- This also applies if you transfer portions of a portfolio between your own companies.
- Read more about this here.
Secondary market (Automated)
For the sale of individual loans in SEK or bonds, you can use our digital secondary market.
- Buyer: Free of charge.
- Seller: A fee of 0.8% of the sale amount is charged (minimum 25 EUR).
- Read more about how the secondary market works here.
Deposits from a foreign bank (IBAN/SWIFT)
You can send funds directly to your client account with us from a foreign bank, without using our currency exchange service. Contact us for account and payment details before making such a transfer.
- Deposits of 10,000 EUR or more: free of charge
- Deposits below 10,000 EUR: 50 EUR per transfer, including the bank's fee for receiving a SWIFT payment
The reason for the fee is that the sender's reference and message are usually lost along the payment chain on international transfers. We therefore have to identify manually which investor the payment belongs to before the funds become available in your account.
Payment out to an account with a foreign bank is not a standard service. We assess such requests case by case, and they require that you can document that the account belongs to you.
Payment and Terms
We do not issue invoices for administrative services. The cost of the service is directly deducted from your available funds in the client account with FundingPartner.
- Before we begin, you must ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account.
- If the balance is too low, you must transfer sufficient funds before we can carry out the manual work.
