How We Work to Ensure Good Quality Loans on Our Platform.

How We Handle Defaulted Loans
We make every effort to screen out companies we believe may default on their loan. However, there's always a risk with investing in loans and bonds, and in the worst case, you could lose the entire amount you've invested.
If a company defaults on its loan, our collection partner or trustee will handle the loan recovery. They may receive a portion of the amount they successfully collect on your behalf and/or be compensated based on the time spent on the recovery process.
We are transparent about defaulted loans and have created a dedicated page to provide updates on loans in collection process.
