Flexible Business Loans
What Types of Companies Can Get Financing Through FundingPartner?
We facilitate loans for medium-sized businesses and real-estate projects with financing needs ranging from 2 to 200 million Norwegian kroner. We categorize these into three main loan types: loans for medium-sized businesses, loans for property projects, and loans for scaleups.
Real-Estate Projects
We offer flexible loans to real-estate projects and real-estate developers. Flexibility for us, mean that you can, among other things, obtain higher leverage (lower equity requirements) and lower presale requirements and collateral than you typically would in the bank. We customize loans for each company based on what matters most to the borrower.
With us, you receive a dedicated contact person who supports you along the way, ensuring that you quickly receive the clarifications you need. We can provide indicative offers within two days (often the same day) and final offers within a week. If urgency is a concern, we can be even quicker.

Scaleup
We assist scale-up companies in financing their growth. Far too few scale-ups have access to adequate loan financing. As a result, many are forced to resort to costly equity financing, which dilutes existing owners and founders. We're here to change that.
Hence, we provide loans to companies in the scaling phase, also known as venture debt or venture loans. These loans are primarily secured against the company's own assets such as IP, inventory, and accounts receivable. In some cases, we can also facilitate loans with low or no collateral. If the company has existing bank loans or loans from Innovation Norway, we are often able to arrange loans on top of these.
For loans to scaleups we require that the company have a valuation over 100 million norwegian kroner, have professional owners, and have a product generating revenue.
Medium-Sized Businesses
We believe that growing medium-sized businesses are the backbone of the Norwegian economy. Therefore, we provide flexible business loans tailored to the specific needs and situations of each company.
We finance growth, increased working capital, acquisitions, short-term bridge financing, or other projects contributing to growth and increased profitability. We also offer loans for business owners with successful ventures who are looking to fund new endeavors.
Many individuals find that traditional banks primarily focus on historical financial data. We dive into the company's present situation to comprehend its current standing and, more importantly, its future. Through flexible financing, we can, among other things, offer loans with reduced collateral requirements and tailor the repayment plan to align with cash flows.
We always provide multiple offers, allowing the company to choose the solution that works best for them.
