Cookies

FundingPartner uses several cookies. These are small text files that the website stores on your computer. Cookies are used to optimize your web experience, both by adapting the content of the website to your previous use and so you do not receive repetitive information or pop-ups.

It is voluntary for you as a visitor that cookies are placed in your browser. You can regulate this yourself by deleting already downloaded cookies or reserve yourself against the use of cookies in the browser's settings. In the next chapters, we will explain more about how we use cookies to optimize your user experience.

Operations and improvements of digital services and website

FundingPartner uses cookies to operate and optimize the company's websites. This can be, for example, information about the language the user has selected previously.

FundingPartner collects information about people visiting FundingPartner.no. The purpose is to compile statistics that are used to improve and further develop the company's services. Examples of statistics are number of people visiting different pages, how long visits last, which browsers are used, and which websites the users lastly visited.

FundingPartner uses the analysis tools Google Analytics, Hotjar, Heap and Autopilot, as well as Hubspot. Google Analytics uses IP addresses to track behavior. This can be defined as personal information because it can be traced back to a specific hardware and thus to an individual. Through Google Analytics, the IP address is anonymized, and cannot be used to identify the individual user. Hotjar records user sessions, which are anonymized and used to analyze how users navigate and where they click on the website. Heap stores user patterns per user on the website and portal. Heap can identify the user and action pattern through usernames when the user is logged in to the portal. This information is therefore to be regarded as personal data. Autopilot also stores user patterns per user based on e-mail activity, and activity associated with SMS and/or push notification. Hubspot stores user patterns per user on the website and portal. If the user has applied for a loan, Hubspot can identify the user and action pattern through an e-mail address. Hence, this information is therefore regarded as personal data. This information is limited to selected persons only and subject to data processor agreement and/or confidentiality. FundingPartner also uses Autopilot to deliver pop-ups, landing pages and forms. Autopilot is a data processor for data sent through their services, as well as cookies.

Marketing

We also use information collected on the website and cookies issued by trusted third parties to provide you with relevant marketing. For instance, if you have visited FundingPartner’s website, this visit will be a data point we use to customize online advertising. It also means that if you are not on FundingPartner's website or use our services over a certain period (typically 30-90 days), the likelihood of seeing advertisements from us on the internet will be reduced. Other data points can be geographical location, which parts of our services you use and when you use them. In doing so, the goal is that only people who have shown interest in FundingPartner's services are shown advertising online, and that people who are not interested in investing in corporate loans do not receive the same advertising.

FundingPartner will also use aggregate information about users of portals for marketing. For instance, this could be an advertisement that says: "50 have already invested in this loan".

This marketing will take place through advertising networks such as Google, Facebook and Linkedin. These advertising networks issue their own cookies by our website. We use the following suppliers:

• Google

• Microsoft

• Facebook

• LinkedIn

• Groupm

• Hubspot

• Autopilot
