* For Norwegian loans, all loans sent to Kontrakt are considered defaults.
For Swedish loans, FundingPartner follows the European Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/2115 for calculating default acc. to The Crowdfunding Regulation.

A loan is considered in default when one or both of the following events have occurred:

a) FundingPartner believes that it is unlikely that the project owner will pay in full or otherwise fulfill its credit obligations in connection with the loan in question, if no measures are taken, such as realizing the collateral.

b) The borrower is more than 90 days in arrears with any material credit obligation linked to the loan in question. Bonds are considered to be in default when they have been formally declared as such by the Bond Trustee.

** Please note that statistics on default and realized loss per risk class are updated annually. The background to this is that these statistics require manual assessments and calculations.

*** Estimated default rate is based on historical default rates.
