Investing in loans to small and medium-sized businesses through FundingPartner’s platform involves risk. FundingPartner is only an intermediary of loans through FundingPartner AS, and only a facilitator of bonds through FundingPartner Securities AS. All risk associated with loans or bonds is borne by the lender. When lending/investing in loans/bonds, the entire loan amount is exposed to the risk of loss.

FundingPartner AS is regulated by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority with permission to operate as a payment institution and is regulated as a loan intermediary. FundingPartner Securities AS is regulated by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority with permission to operate as a securities firm.
