What does it cost to invest in loans via FundingPartner?

Investing in new loans via FundingPartner is free of charge for investors. There are no fees for setting up or managing new investments. The interest rate presented on the platform is the actual rate you receive.

For loans published up to and including 31.12.2025: Please note that we previously operated with a platform fee. For loans published before the end of 2025, a fee of 1% per annum of the loaned amount is still deducted.

In connection with this change, we have also simplified the terminology we use:

• For old loans (up to 2025): Here we distinguished between gross interest (before fees) and net interest (after fees).
• For new loans (from 2026): Here we simply use the term interest, as the rate you see is equal to the rate you are paid.

Please note that this applies to loans. Listed bonds via FundingPartner Securities have their own pricing, which is clearly stated for each individual bond.
