I have multiple accounts - do they all get the same tier?

Yes - if the profiles are linked and each profile is completed. When one of the linked profiles reaches a new tier, all linked, completed profiles are upgraded to the same tier and receive the same benefits. Profiles that are not linked - or not completed - are not included.
