Can I cancel investments?

We understand that there can be obstacles associated with making an investment. It is therefore possible to cancel a booking within four days (96 hours) of making your investment. If you have booked more than once for the same loan, the deadline applies from the first time you booked.

To cancel a booking, go to "My overview" - "Portfolio" - see table of active drawings - "Cancel". If you have already paid for the booking, the released funds will be redistributed to other unpaid bookings. If you have no other active bookings, the money remains in the client account until you make new investments. You can also pay out the funds to your own bank account or wait for them to be paid out to you automatically.

Subscriptions in bonds mediated by FundingPartner Securities AS cannot be cancelled. You also cannot cancel bookings you have placed in loans that have been fully subscribed and then reopened because another investor has canceled their booking.

Please note that repeated cancellations may result in us contacting you. This is because the idea is that a majority of the investments made through us will be carried out, with regard to our borrowers.
